Metropolitan Brokers partnered with Trust Development in 2011 to exclusively brand and market their portfolio of high-end urban infill developments. One of Trust Development’s properties is a median density luxury city home development in Historic Salemtown. Our creative team immediately met with the developer, architect and general contractor to ensure all members had a shared vision for the project. Our team shared valuable buyer trends and suggested several design modifications that were ultimately incorporated into the finished product.
Following the planning meetings, our creative team crafted a cohesive brand identity centered around the Georgetonian architecture and regal design of the property. Choosing historically significant presidential names for each home, the team produced web and print collateral for distribution throughout all real estate channels. Within just weeks of implementation, Metropolitan Brokers delivered four full price pre-construction contracts that allowed Trust Development to accelerate their construction schedule, maximizing resources.
Selling out Phases I and II within three months, our land acquisition team began feasibility studies to locate alternate sites for future development. Narrowing the prospects to 3 sites, we began the process of site planning, coordinating with the local historic commission and negotiating with each individual owner. Ultimately, this process identified and secured an ideal site for future development.
