Miami Boat Shows

There are two major Miami Boat Shows that draw crowds from all over the world and they are the Strictly Sail Miami Boat Show and the Miami International Boat Show.

Both boat shows will be held on February 16 through the 20th, 2006. The Strictly Sail Miami Boat show is part of the International Boat show, which is favorable called the “The Greatest Boat Show in the World”, is the sailing portion of the show. It is for in water sail only exhibitions and can be seen at the Miamarina at Bayside which is in downtown Miami.

At the Miamarina you will enjoy seeing the most modern and finest mono and multi hull sailboats from creators all over the world. Not only will you get to see these exquisite sailboats but you also find out about the latest sailing gear and charter information. There are already 200 exhibitors signed up and ready to show off their best creations. If you wish to enjoy other activities you can dine at one of delectable restaurants, shop at the unique stores, and other wonderful activities that are in store for visitors during the Strictly Sail Miami Boat Show.

Your ticket will also give you the opportunity to ride a shuttle bus from one location to the other to partake of all the activities planned for the Miami International Boat Show, including the Sea Isle Marine and Yachting Center and the Miami Beach Convention Center.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is the host of the main Miami International Boat Show. Here you will love marveling at the photos for the Discover Boating Photo Contest, the Block Party - Rock Around the Block from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Friday through Sunday which offers street performers, drink specials and an array of contests and prize giveaways, just to mention a few other items of interest.

The Miami Boat shows offer so much entertainment for anyone whether they boats and the high seas, or just listening to the tall tales that abound.
