Mini Cities

Another very important question is whether you will spend a lot of time in and around your condo, or if it is basically a place for you to sleep in while you explore the rest of Miami. There are several condo complexes created like mini-towns where you can shop, eat out, go to the theatre, visit the health club, enjoy sports and talk a walk in the park without having to commute to any other part of Miami.

Those looking for a place to retire will usually prefer a Miami condo equipped with all possible amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a lovely balcony with an outdoor grill where you can spend the evenings having dinner with your friends. Those who purchase a Miami condo just to spend a few weeks in each year while on holiday are typically more interested in location than amenities, and want to purchase a condo as close to the beach as possible, even if it means giving up the Jacuzzi.

If you want to spend a lot of time in and nearby your condo, it can be wise to purchase a condo in one of the smaller neighborhoods located some distance away from the beach. Purchasing a Miami condo located at the beach is always much more expensive than obtaining one somewhere else in the Miami area. You will always get much more for your money when purchasing a Miami condo if you are prepared to live without an ocean view. Or why not get the best of both worlds and buy a condo in one of the high condo towers? They are often located at a distance from the beach, but you will still be able to enjoy that marvelous ocean view from you balcony.
